BLD -- 電子萬(wàn)能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī) （液晶顯示）

 一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)是用來(lái)對(duì)材料進(jìn)行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)用的機(jī)械加力的試驗(yàn)機(jī)，適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材，塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線電纜等材料的各種物理機(jī)械性能測(cè)試為材料開(kāi)發(fā)，為物性試驗(yàn)、教學(xué)研究、質(zhì)量控制等*的檢測(cè)設(shè)備，拉力機(jī)夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分，不同的材料需要不同的夾具，也是試驗(yàn)?zāi)芊耥樌M(jìn)行及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度高低的一個(gè)重要因素。

二、適用范圍：

BLD系列 液晶顯示電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)滿足GB1040， GB13022，GB17200，GB16491等要求。主要適用于金屬及非金屬材料的測(cè)試，如橡膠、塑料、電線電纜、光纖光纜、安全帶、保險(xiǎn)帶、皮革皮帶復(fù)合材料、塑料型材、防水卷材、鋼管、銅材、型材、彈簧鋼、軸承鋼、不銹鋼（以及其它高硬度鋼）、鑄件、鋼板、鋼帶、有色金屬金屬線材的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離、撕裂、兩點(diǎn)延伸（需另配引伸計(jì)）等多種試驗(yàn). 廣泛應(yīng)用于計(jì)量質(zhì)檢；橡膠塑料；冶金鋼鐵；機(jī)械制造；電子電器；汽車生產(chǎn)；紡織化纖；電線電纜；包裝材料和食品；儀器儀表；科研器械；民用核能；高等院校；科研實(shí)驗(yàn)所；商檢仲裁、技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門；建材陶瓷；石油化工；其它行業(yè)。

三、主要特點(diǎn)

采用進(jìn)口光電編碼器進(jìn)行位移測(cè)量，控制器采用嵌入式單片微機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)置功能強(qiáng)大的測(cè)控軟件，集測(cè)量、控制、計(jì)算、存儲(chǔ)功能于一體。具有自動(dòng)計(jì)算應(yīng)力、延伸率（需加配引伸計(jì)）、抗拉強(qiáng)度、彈性模量的功能，自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果；自動(dòng)記錄zui大點(diǎn)、斷裂點(diǎn)、點(diǎn)的力值或伸長(zhǎng)量；采用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)過(guò)程及試驗(yàn)曲線的動(dòng)態(tài)顯示，并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可通過(guò)圖形處理模塊對(duì)曲線放大進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)再分析編輯，并可打印報(bào)表，產(chǎn)品性能達(dá)到先進(jìn)水平。

七、故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)加荷時(shí)，指針顫動(dòng)或時(shí)走時(shí)停

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損：需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。

3、操縱手柄移位：調(diào)整操縱手柄，使其與牙槽配合好。

二、更換擺砣時(shí)指針不回零

1、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平：用水平儀把試驗(yàn)機(jī)調(diào)整水平。

2、擺錘不垂直：只掛A砣。調(diào)整平衡砣，使之垂直。

三、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)擺錘回位太快或太慢

1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當(dāng)：調(diào)整緩沖閥到適當(dāng)位置。

2、液壓油黏度過(guò)低或過(guò)高：液壓油黏度過(guò)低時(shí)擺錘回落快，黏度高時(shí)回落慢．應(yīng)更換適當(dāng)黏度的液壓油。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)、油管內(nèi)或液壓油有臟污：清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。

四、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定

1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污：清洗或更換軸承。

2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合：校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動(dòng)部件。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污：清洗緩沖閥。

五、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)示值正偏差

1、短臂刀刃有松動(dòng)：把刀刃緊牢。

2、擺砣偏輕：給砣配重（要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量）。

六、示值負(fù)偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過(guò)大

1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測(cè)力傳動(dòng)部件摩擦阻力過(guò)大：主要是調(diào)整、清洗軸承及測(cè)力傳動(dòng)部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

2、上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置的摩擦阻力大：調(diào)整上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

3、活塞桿與擺桿相接部位不靈活：調(diào)整兩者相接部位。使之靈活自如。

七、從動(dòng)針滯阻或移位

1、從動(dòng)針彈簧片彈力大小或從動(dòng)針與指示盤摩擦阻力大小造成的影響：調(diào)整從動(dòng)針彈簧片的彈力或從動(dòng)針與指示盤的問(wèn)隙。

2、從動(dòng)針兩端重鼉有偏差：調(diào)整兩端重量，使其平衡。

八、示值無(wú)規(guī)律的偏差

1、齒桿、齒輪有油污、磨損或有毛刺：消除齒桿、齒輪的油污、毛刺，找出超差時(shí)的齒桿接觸點(diǎn)，然后修正齒桿、齒輪；如不能消除誤差．更換齒桿、齒輪。

2、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平：調(diào)整水平。

3、齒桿彎曲：校直或更換齒桿，調(diào)整滾動(dòng)槽輪的問(wèn)隙。

九、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件聯(lián)機(jī)后出現(xiàn)提示框信息顯示超載。

解決方案是檢查計(jì)算機(jī)與試驗(yàn)機(jī)的通訊線是否脫落;檢查聯(lián)機(jī)選擇傳感器是否選擇正確;檢查zui近的試驗(yàn)或操作鍵

盤時(shí)傳感器是否被撞過(guò);檢查出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題之前是否使用了軟件的校準(zhǔn)或標(biāo)定功能;檢查是否手動(dòng)更改過(guò)校準(zhǔn)值、標(biāo)定值或硬件參數(shù)中的其他信息。

十、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源不亮，不能上下移動(dòng)。

解決方案是檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源線路是否連接正常;檢查急停開(kāi)關(guān)是否處于擰起狀態(tài);檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常;檢查機(jī)器插座上的保險(xiǎn)是否燒斷，請(qǐng)取出備用保險(xiǎn)絲安裝即可。

十一、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源有電但設(shè)備不可以上下移動(dòng)。

解決方案是檢查是否是15S（時(shí)間）以后設(shè)備還無(wú)法移動(dòng)，因?yàn)橹鳈C(jī)開(kāi)機(jī)需要自檢，大概需要15S時(shí)間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當(dāng)?shù)奈恢茫幸欢ǖ倪\(yùn)行空間;檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常

。

八、油源的保養(yǎng)：

   1、定期檢查主機(jī)和油源處是否有漏油的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換密封圈或組合墊;

   2、根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況及油的使用期限，定期更換吸油過(guò)濾器和濾芯，更換液壓油。

   3、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不做試驗(yàn)時(shí)，注意關(guān)斷主機(jī)電源。如果機(jī)器在待機(jī)狀態(tài)，轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)打到“加載”檔，因?yàn)槿绻D(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打在“快退”檔，電磁換向閥一直在通電狀態(tài)，會(huì)影響   該器件的使用壽命。

九、控制系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)：

  1、定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固;

   2、試驗(yàn)后若有一段較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間不用機(jī)器時(shí)，關(guān)閉控制器和電腦;

   3、控制器上的接口為一一對(duì)應(yīng)，插錯(cuò)接口可能對(duì)設(shè)備造成損壞;

   4、插拔控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。

The solution is power line inspection access testing machine is connected properly; check the emergency stop switch is in screwed up state; power supply voltage check 

access testing machine is normal; check the socket on the insurance is burned off, remove the spare fuse can be installed.

Host eleven, testing machine power supply with power but the equipment can not move up and down.

The solution is to check whether it is 15S （time） after the device is unable to move, because the host boot take self-inspection, probably need 15S time; check the upper 

and lower limit is again appropriate position, operating space; check supply voltage access testing machine is normal.

Eight, oil source:

1, regularly check the host and the supply of oil leaks place, if there is oil leakage, should be promptly replaced seal ring or a combined pad;

2, according to the use condition and oil machine use period, replace the oil filter and filter periodically, replacing the hydraulic oil.

Experiment 3, not long time, pay attention to shut off the main power. If the machine is in the standby state, the switch should call the "load" file, because if the switch on the 

"rewind" file, electromagnetic reversing valve has been in a power-on state, affect the service life of the device.

Nine, control system maintenance:
